Luna sighed again and started to sing. Her voice echoed softly in the kitchen. She couldn't help but smile a little as she waited for the cookies.

Tanyr feels his stomach grumble loudly, and decides to find the kitchen. He climbs down from his tower and walks through the mansion until he finds the kitchen, the huge grin still on his face as he walks in. He sees Luna. "Hey Luna!"

Luna stopped singing and jumped a bit. "Oh Hey...." she said softly, "Ummm....Tanyr.....there's.....something I need to tell you.... But I need to ask a question first......Have you ever heard about.................sides?"
Luna was nervous, after all he was a human, humans hate sides and either want them dead or enslaved.

Tanyr walks over to the fridge and opens it, rummaging through it as he thinks. "Only mentions of them in books. I can't say I know a lot about them. Why? What are they?" He looks around the kitchen, spotting a bowl of apples. He grabs one, biting into it with a juicy crunch, a look of ecstasy emerges on his face. "Good god that's good.." He mutters

Luna sighed. "They are....a race of people.....Humans created us....and now they want to destroy us....." she said softly, "I am a side.....I lied about being Akaviri/Eladrin. I have the blood in me....but that's only my normal form...."

Tanyr takes another bite from the tantalizingly juicy apple, moaning quietly. He looks at Luna, slightly confused. "Hm. Sho.." he swallows the mouthful of apple. "So, what exactly is a side?"

Luna made a crystal sphere appear in her hand. "Well....we're a race which can control specific elements. We have these crystals in place of hearts which allow us to live a lot longer.....there are common and rare types...." she said softly. She wasn't sure about his reaction yet, after all for all she knew he could want to dissect her, which had happened before.

Tanyr smiles at her. "Which type are you?" He finishes the apple, devouring even the core. He seems to be generally interested, no intent of dissection apparent in his voice

Azy decides that sleeping, or waiting for Groz'Len to sleep was boring, and started exploring the room.
It did not take her long to find a small opening she could crawl through. She scitters around exploring the new, giant house.

Luna sighed and smiled a bit bashfully. "A very rare type.....it's called the ultima side. I have control over all of the elements and such....I'm like all of the types together....with a few extra powers and weaknesses...." she said softly, "There are only two currently alive and the third....well she isn't around right now....." She had secretly hoped he wouldn't ask that question.

Tanyr nods, sensing Luna wishes not to speak further of it. "Cool." He smiles happily to her

Luna gave a sigh of relief. "Please.....don't tell other humans.......there are many who wish sides dead or enslaved....I happen to be on the 'most wanted' list...." she said softly looking at him.

He nods, smiling at her. "Not a word." He gives her a curious look. "What'd you do? To be 'most wanted'?"

Azy crawls into the kitchen, still exploring, when she spots the two talking. She hides slightly behind a table leg, hoping not to have anyone trying to stomp on her.

Luna scratched the back of her head and sighed. "The truth or a lovely little lie all packaged and neat?" she asked trying to add a bit of humor. She noticed Azy with the corner of her eye and with one finger gestured for the spider to come over to her hand. She had no intentions of harming the spider, instead she wanted to overcome her fear.

Tanyr flashes his childish grin. "The truth." He barely spares the spider a glance

Azy crawls cautiously towards Luna, being slightly skeptical.

Luna crouched down and held her hand out to the spider with a warm smile. She was starting to like this little one.
"Well....part of it is due to my type," She said hesitating a bit to tell the rest, "But....I've.......also been a slave many times...I'm almost a legend with the stories of my powers and strength...."

Azy crawls onto her hand, still slightly cautious. "Shree?"

Luna smiled at the tiny spider and lifted her up. "You are rather cute. Much smaller than the ones from Nirn," she said softly with a warm smile, "You are welcome to stay here, just make sure to be careful not to be stepped on by accident."

"Sha!" She squeaks while lifting her front legs, looking happy, as if she understood what she said.

Luna smiled warmly and giggled a bit. "You're so sweet. You won't hurt me," she said softly more to herself than to Azy, "You won't hurt me."

Azy nibbles slightly on her hand, still looking happy.

Luna flinched at first but then smiled knowing she meant no harm. She was immune to most poisons so she wasn't afraid of being bitten. It was just spiders, not the threat of bites or poison, that scared her.

Azy, now feeling a bit safe with this mammal, started climbing up her arm, intending to sit on her shoulder, one of her favorite places to sit.
