Dedtoo Blackskull, Zealous Priest of the Spirits

Name: Dedtoo Blackskull

Race: Orc

Age: 43

Personality: Friendly, tries to be peaceful.

Appearance: Green skin, big, muscular, tusks, almost always wearing a wolf pelt as a cloak. Has started wearing a golden ring in a chain around his neck.

Skills: Has many skills, yet is not truly skilled in most of them.

Bio: Being orphaned in a dark elf attack at the age of 7, he was taken in by the priests.
As he grew he was trained to become one of the priests, as his connection to the Spirits seemed stronger than that of the other priests.
As all priests in training, one day he was sent out into the world, to learn about the other races, and their ways.
Returning 7 years later, he had learned much, about the other races, as well as his own, he started his duties, serving the Spirits.
Many years later, on a day like any other, he was out gathering herbs, as he encountered a strange portal. As he was approaching it, the earth around him started to burst with flames, and thinking he had no other choice, he entered the portal.

Starting anew, in a strange world, with he being the only of his kind was hard at first.
Though as time passed, he fitted in, he found friends. With time he even met a girl, Nadia, he fell in love with. But his happiness did not last, as she changed...
His love turning evil had quite the effect on the orc, as he also found out that he could not harm the one that had changed her, unless he also wanted to harm her, so he turned, as so many others, to alcohol...

Thought trough the loss of a friend, Hardeu, and as he took in a young human as his own son, Avior, he overcame his alcoholic problem, and he once again started to fight against Sight.
Thought this time, he tried to get help from the spirits of nature.

Thus far, it has been with little luck...


Not long ago Nadia invited Dedtoo and Avior to her house, acting almost as if she was her old self. She even had a sapling from a very special tree, that she gave him. This almost gave him a new hope, and a idea.
However, as soon as the tree had grown, Nadia was once again hungry, and corrupted the tree, and fooled him to believe she loved him, once again. After he had let out his rage and sorrow, the corruption of the tree was shown to have been a illusion, as the tree stood, looking like it had the day on their first kiss.
As she had also given back the earrings he had given her for Christmas, he now wears one of the around his neck at all times, believing it to be a sign that she still loved him.
Dedtoo has now started to use the tree as his spot, to relax and to think at. A cutting in the tree he claims is not his work also says: N+D

Great story line, I really like it

I find it hilarious how your character acts now; "I must cut down on my drinking", haha.

One day, Dedtoo felt something in the air as he was going about his day normally. It was a feeling he had not felt in far to long. As soon as he felt it, he started running towards it. He arrived at the Sanctuary to see what he had hoped for. He saw Nadia. Not the dark Nadia, but the one he loved. He cared little of how, or why, as he ran up to her and embraced her.
After a bit of showing her what was new, Dedtoo and Nadia spent as much time as they could together, before she, sadly, turned back into her corrupted self.
Dedtoo was, of course, sad that she turned back, but he also felt that he now had all the more energy to keep fighting Sight, and to get her back permanently.

After Sight had been Slain and things had started to become more peaceful, Dedtoo had started worrying more and more, as he was afraid Nadia had died by her connection to Sight.
Some days after the battle, Dedtoo and Avior found Nadia, and tried to talk to her, though she ran away, as she had lost her memory. Dedtoo once again became depressed, though after some time, Nadia was getting set up in her old home again, thinking of herself as a "free" slave. They tried many ways to set her free, though none worked. During this period, Oak took advantage of her current mindset, and had his way with her. When Dedtoo heard of this, he was enraged, and had it not been for his friends, he would have burned down Oak's tree, and killed him.

Some time later Nadia was set free by king Sight. Dedtoo had mixed feelings about this, as one the one hand, she was free, and on the other, she was free, thanks to Sight.

One day, when visiting Nadia's new tavern, Dedtoo talked a lot with Nadia, telling her some about her old life, and confessed his, still strong, love for her. That evening Nadia drank herself unconscious, and Dedtoo left her to think, leaving his pelt on her, to make sure she did not freeze.


Much time passed, and Dedtoo had now started building a home very close to Ironforge, mostly to be closer to Nadia. Though as he was building, he saw Oak. Having heard he had been executed for what he did to Nadia, Dedtoo was at first very confused. Though once he understood it rely was him, he started beating him to a pulp. Hardeu passed by and tried to stop him, though he was not successful. After a lot of beating, some even with Oak's own arm, it ended with Dedtoo tossing Oak into the lava of the forge.
Some meant Dedtoo murdered a man, but in his own eyes, he had killed a vermin.

Not long ago, Dedtoo met what he thought was a orc. He was very exited to finally meet another of his kind in these lands. He was slightly saddened again when he explained that he was no orc, but a Gaeric. Getting to know him, his disappointment was almost gone, as his race was not far from his own. Dedtoo sees this as the start of a great friendship.

After killing another dark one, on just another day, Dedtoo found his spirit-pearl to be... Spacial...
It seemed not to drive him mad, nor put "uncomfortable" images in his head. Rather, this one wanted to help him. Or so it said at least.
Days passed, and Dedtoo was becoming more and more paranoid, hearing the dark ones whisper instead of the spirits, in the end sealing himself in a cage of light-stone inside his house.
After a few days in there Luna, Avior and Sight found him, still in the cage, muttering to the pearl.
They broke open the cage, knocked him out, and took away his pearl, Eli supposedly eating it.
As he tried desperately to get the pearl back, he ended up being shocked by Sight and sent to the Sanctuary for Monk to take a little care of him.
When he woke again, he was extremely thirsty, drinking most of what Monk had, then heading home to drink some of his own supply.
As long as he stays drunk he will not hear the dark one whispering, and he will not remember what happened during that time. Though should he sober up for a little to long, he might just go insane again...
