Let's Play Series: Minecraft

Starting up a series to occupy my time (and to actually keep something going and get into a swing of things). Need recommendations for mods, ideas for buildings, goals, etc. Brainstorm as many things (Stupid or not, as long as it's not a giant golden dick or something like that) as possible, because I'm going to create a list of things to do.
