When taking a bipedal form, he fits the description in the rest of the post. Looks like an average human.

Actually its based off of a Shoggoth. And because I thought it would be interesting.

And because I saw AGW opened up a dimensional rift to get rid of the turtles and thought it would be fun for there to be an unintended side effect of that. But then I noticed it says you aren't accepting new characters, so never mind.
