Concerning Dyes Empty Concerning Dyes

Considering the fact that in the new pack(s) the dyes look freaking awesome and look like little stones, I was wondering what exactly we're going to do with them. Considering causing them to be rune stones or something. Something players need to collect to trade and or create magical items without using Alchemy. It could be a branch of conjuration - sort of like enchanting but without using the tables.
