Unique Arrows

I'm sure players have noticed that I've used some special arrows recently. Mainly using lightning and explosive arrows, and the occasional torch arrow. I'm here to announce...

Players will be able to use these arrows!

To obtain the ability to use a specific arrow, your character will need to be trained in the art of:

•Using a bow
•Applying specific arrow-types
•Using the 'elemental' type of said arrow (For example, you need to know how a torch works IC to be able to use torch arrows, having an affinity to fire magic may help as well)
•Precision aiming

The character will also have to speak with the trainer of said type of arrow. If you're unsure which trainer offers which arrows... tough luck! You'll have to experiment and talk to players to learn.

Arrows such as the torch arrow, can be used in correlation to puzzles and or challenges.

The ability to fire a Water Arrow, could be useful when participating in dungeon challenges. While the ability to fire an explosive arrow could be used to blow down a weak wall, kill a difficult group of enemies, and or take out a puzzle challenge.

Abusing the abilities to use the arrows, will result in players losing the permissions and abilities to use them. If we see holes all over the place, due to someone firing off Explosive Arrows. We'll be able to find out who fired the arrows, and remove their permissions.

As of right now, the types of arrows available to the player base at large are: Mob, Torch, Poison, Explosive, and Lightning. In addition to these types of arrows, this plugin also makes archery more interesting. If you fire at someone from a higher vantage point, you do more damage. And if you're over encumbered due to carrying a load of stuff, you do less damage. There is also the possibility of scoring a critical hit.
