"So what brings you to this city?" Tanyr asks as they walk, staring up at the towers as they go by

Luna shrugged. "I don't know....I left Tamriel.....because.....I ....don't really have a reason to be there...." she said softly. She walked along with him quietly.

The buildings slowly become smaller as they walk, the office blocks gradually being replaced by houses. "Don't really wanna talk about it?"

"It's just.....some gods got pissed....took my husband from me...." she said softly, "Not the first time."

Tanyr squeezes her hand reassuringly and changes the subject "We're nearly there." Tanyr smiles as they turn a corner, revealing a large plot of land

Luna smiled a bit. "This is nice....seems like a perfect place," she said softly.

Tanyr walks over and stands on the plot of land, searching through his large leather bag. "I don't think I have enough things in here to build a home..."

"I can build a house. that's not hard." She said softly with a smile, "But don't we have to buy this land?"

"Oh, that's right!" He walks over to the 'for sale' sign, squinting slightly to read it. He rummages through his leather bag and pulls out a pair of steampunkesque pilot's goggles, putting them on and reading the sign. "How much money do you have on you?"

"More than enough I'm certain. Just name a price," She said softly. She stretched and yawned a bit.

Tanyr shuffles slightly, scratching the back of his head. "I think it say two hundred thousand.. I think..."

"I'm sure I've got that....at least in gold," Luna said with a smile.

Tanyr smiles and sits in front of the sign, searching through his leather bag. "We just need to get in touch with the people selling the land, I guess.."

Luna sighed. "More walking?" she said seeming disappointed. It was obvious she was not from around here. She sat down near him and pulled off a boot, shaking sand out of it, then doing the same to the other.

Tanyr pulls a device out of the large leather bag that only barely resembles a phone. "Nope. No more walking. Hopefully.. I haven't actually tested this thing yet..." He dials the number on the sign, waiting for the response

Luna smiled a bit. "Thank goodness," she said softly, "I'm afraid I'm not much of a walker." A woman answered his call. "This is Maril Brown's office Maril speaking, about which property are you calling about?" answered she.

Tanyr grins at the voice in the phone, pleased his invention works. "Hello? Can you hear me? I'm calling about the really big empty plot of land."

"Yes I can hear you sir. Are you interested in that plot?" Maril Brown asked, "If so we're open to negotiate. The seller just wants to be rid of it. it's been sitting there for years."

"Yes, we're interested in buying it. How much does the owner want?" Tanyr rummages absentmindedly through his bag as he talks, contrasting the maturity of the phone call with childish curiosity

Luna smiled a bit as she watched him. Maril was silent for a few minutes, she just happened to have the owner in the room and they had been discussing the plot. "Oh 150,000 gil will work. we can work out a payment plan." she said, "Or you can throw out a price and I'll run it by the owners."

Tanyr pulls a gear out of the bag, playing with it. "120,000. We can pay in cash. We're actually sitting outside the plot now."

Again Maril was silent. She looked to the owners after giving them the price. "You have a deal. we'll come over with the paperwork now." she said.

Tanyr grins. "Cool. We'll be here." He hangs up the phone and stuffs it into his bag, then smiles at Luna. "They're on their way over. How do you plan to build the house?" Tanyr continues to fiddle with the gear in his hand

Luna smiled. "I have these powers I can use," she said simply, "I can make the house out of ANYTHING." She stretched a bit and yawned.

Tanyr nods, biting the gear curiously. "Can you make a big room with an observatory tower for me? I need a lot of space for my inventions. Please."
